French Lavender


Latin name: Lavendula stoechas
Lavender, native to Mediterranean region, is an evergreen aromatic bush; its dried scented flowers and leaves are used in medicinal products, perfumery and toiletries.
It reaches an estimated height of 60cm and flowers during summer. Loves full sun and should be protected from sever frost in winter. Lavender needs regular water during the growing season, and soil improver in spring.
Pruning: regular trimming after flowering is necessary to maintain compact shape.

Did well in the first year, Dried out in the winter; did not come back the next year
